Orders

We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact our support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package in real time directly on the carrier's website.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring your pet's neck, chest, and length before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
Yes, popular items are restocked regularly. You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications directly on the product page so you're the first to know when it's available again.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3β5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund β no return needed.
